If you are looking to lose weight, the first thing that anyone would tell you is to increase your water intake. The more water you drink, the more your body can remove excess waste. Drinking more water will also help keep your body hydrated and prevent muscle cramps while exercising.</p>

It&#8217;s no secret that you must exercise in order to lose weight. Sure, you can lose weight sitting in front of the television, but if you exercise – you will give your weightless a boost.
